UBS Dive Center Reservation, Cancellation and Fuel Surcharge Policy

All Charter bookings will be confirm ed by phone or email once a valid  cr ed it card number has been provid ed with the expiration date and the cardholder's name. No charge shall be put onto the card unless the cardholder requests that UBS Dive Center use the said card for payment of services render ed . If the charterer cancels the charter within 24 hours and UBS Dive Center cannot rebook the dive boat, UBS Dive Center will charge a penalty one-half the minimum boat fee for the day. $135 for rendezvous dive days and $175 for full day trips, respective of the charter book ed . Confermation of rendezvous location must be provid ed to UBS by 4pm  on the day prior to the charter and the VHF radio must be switch ed on for one hour prior to the rendezvous time. Cancellation penalties for guests from cruise ships where the ship does not arrive in the BVI do not apply. Cancellation penalties can be waiv ed at the discretion of management. The cost of diving is quot ed at today's price, but UBS Dive Center retains the right to add fuel surcharges at any time. A 5% fee will be add ed to all cr ed it card charges .
