UBS Dive Center Reservation, Cancellation and Fuel Surcharge Policy

Charter bookings will only be confirmed by phone or email once a valid  credit card number has been provided together with the expiration date and the cardholder's name. No charge shall be put onto the card unless the cardholder requests that UBS Dive Center use taid card for payment of services rendered .

Confirmation of rendezvous location must be provided to UBS by 4pm on the day prior to the charter and the VHF radio must be switched on for one hour prior to the rendezvous time. 

If the charterer cancels the charter within 24 hours of the pick-up or departure time and UBS Dive Center cannot rebook the dive boat, UBS Dive Center reserves the right to charge the full amount of the charter to said card.

Cancellation penalties for guests from cruise ships where the ship does not arrive in the BVI do not apply. Cancellation penalties can be waived at the discretion of management.

The cost of diving is quoted at today's price, but UBS Dive Center reserves the right to add fuel surcharges at any time.

A 5% fee will be added to all credit card charges .
