Scuba diving isn't for everyone...

...let us take you on a snorkel or island-hopping adventure instead!

If this sounds more like your cup of tea, that's not a problem.  We can take you on your own private morning or afternoon snorkel trip or make a day of it to take in lunch and a bit of island-hopping as well.

Or, if your group has mixed interests, we can tailor-make your trip so everybody gets the most out of their day.

Here are just a few ideas that you might like to consider for a fabulous day out on the water that you'll remember as the highlight of your time in the British Virgin Islands. Of course, there are many more options that we'd be happy to discuss with you, just contact us for more suggestions.

The BVI is comprised of over 60 Islands and hundreds of square miles of ocean, we therefore zone our excursions and depending on the weather and your needs we choose a location that suits you best.

The Baths at Virgin Gorda - The BVI's Natural Wonder.  With its giant boulders and amazing grottoes, the area of The Baths is high on everyone's list of  'must see' destinations.  En route for Virgin Gorda we'll take you to a sheltered reef to snorkel with a multitude of colorful reef fish.  Then, leaving the boat in Spanish Town, we'll head off to The Top of The Baths restaurant to enjoy lunch surrounded by stunning views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and the islands.  Finally, stroll down to the beach at Spring Bay from where we can follow the spectacular Baths Trail through to Devil's Bay for another snorkel in the clear Caribbean waters or a siesta on the white sand under the shade of a palm tree.

Norman Island and Treasure Point.  Norman Island and the Treasure Caves, where pirate treasure was found some 160 years after it was buried there in 1750, were the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson's "Treasure Island".  However, The Caves aren't the only attraction - treasure of an aquatic nature awaits snorkelers and divers alike at the reefs of nearby Pelican Island and The Indians.  Just a short boat ride away is the infamous Willy T, a floating bar  restaurant, or Pirates Bight beach bar and restaurant where you can sample a delicious island lunch.  Afterwards you can enjoy another snorkel or simply laze on the beach with a Pina Colada.

Salt Island & The Historic Wreck of the RMS RhoneA Category Five hurricane was responsible for the sinking of the Royal Mail Ship 'Rhone' off Salt Island in 1867.  The shallow section of the wreck lies in 25'-50' of water and is clearly visible from the surface.  After snorkeling this historic site and hearing the story of how she went down, we adjourn to the beach club nestled beneath palm trees at Cooper Island for lunch.  Then there are plenty of shallow, sheltered reefs nearby for a leisurely afternoon snorkel or swim.

Alternatively, if your time is limited, contact us to discuss half-day options.

Does your group have varying interests?  We can tailor-make your trip to keep everybody happy!

It is not uncommon to have a group with varying interests.  Some may want to try scuba diving for the first time, some may be certified divers and some may be avid snorkelers, while others may just want to relax and admire the scenery!  We can tailor-make your private full or half-day trip to include a bit of something for everyone.

Contact us to discuss how we might combine an introductory Discover Scuba Diving experience for those that aren't certified with a single or two-tank dive for those that are, and mix it all up with a little snorkeling, sightseeing and lunch along the way.

Our instructors work very hard to give you the safest and most enjoyable experience out on the water.  If you think they did a good job and would like to show your appreciation by leaving a gratuity, it is customary to tip 10-20% for dive services here in the BVI.
