Reef sharks at The Fearless and Randy's Reef, a nurse shark snoozing under the wreck of The RMS Rhone, a spotted eagle ray forraging for food at Wreck Alley and plenty other cool stuff to keep us happy under the water. EXCITING NEWS - A NEW WRECK TO DIVE! Cargo vessel, Island Seal, that originally capsized near Brandywine Bay on the south of Tortola in August 2006, has been moved to her final resting place in Wreck Alley, where she lies on sand in 80 feet close to the existing wrecks of the Marie L, the Pat and the Beata. Her relocation was a complex operation that involved salvaging and repairing her, then refloating her and keeping her buoyant while she was towed across the Sir Francis Drak Channel, and it represents the culmination of years of work. She makes a welcome addition to the popular dive site between Cooper and Salt Islands and we are taking bookings to dive her now!
DISCOUNTED DIVING. If you are a certified diver and find the cost prohibative for diving from a dive boat, have you concidered renting equipment and diving from your yacht or the beach? This is a huge saving that will allow you to dive from your charter yacht or from your local beach as many times as you want while you are in the BVI. At the end of your vacation UBS will pick up the equipment for free from any marina on Tortola, ferry dock or airport.
This complete package would cost you $180 per week, but a single diver pays $110 for two dives. We deliver the gear for NO CHARGE AT ALL!
In addition to all this, you will also receive a folder that contains everything you'll need to know about diving in the British Virgin Islands.
Details of our equipment and all the package we offer can be found here.
SAIL / DIVE PACKAGES. We like to focus on what we know best - diving! Some charter yacht crews choose to focus on their particular area of expertise - sailing! But we realise that you might like the best of both worlds so we have joined forces with some of the best yacht charter crews in the BVI to offer you a sail/dive adventure in the British Virgin Islands that you will remember forever. Full details of our sail/dive partnerships can be found here.
POWERBOAT RENTAL. You can now rent a powerboat from UBS, giving you even more freedom to explore and enjoy our beautiful islands. Click here for full details.
BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS - ONE OF THE TOP 12 PLACES ON EARTH! Of course, we already knew this, but now it's official! In the December issue of ISLANDS Magazine, our islands will be featured in the magazine's travellers 'wish list' for winter as one of the 12 best places on earth. And the magazine will carry a full feature on the BVI in its March issue.
